Esnaf ("the App") is published by Ilker Ulusoy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Esnaf is a business management application for small businesses and tradespeople. It provides customer tracking, transaction management, order management, inventory management, invoice generation, and barcode scanning features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The App is available for free with advertisements. All core features are accessible.

Premium Subscription (Esnaf Pro)

• Removes all advertisements
• Subscription is managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is a business management tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Data and Backups

While we use reliable infrastructure (Firebase) to store your data, we recommend maintaining your own records. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
